Oxford SU’s first ever Arts Week is just around the corner, taking place February 27th – March 5th (7th Week). Arts Week is designed to spotlight and celebrate interdisciplinary arts across the University
Throughout the week, you can expect a variety of events from workshops in opera, dance and photography to drama performances! There is something for everyone to enjoy. You can find the full line-up of events below!
In preparation for Arts Week, LGBTQ+ Campaign spoke to Adjoa Andoh, discussing what she has learnt about the creative scene at Oxford during her time here as well as encouraging students to engage in the arts. We will be releasing clips from the conversation throughout the next few weeks, so keep your eyes out for that!
We are looking to showcase as many visual artists as possible during this celebration of arts at Oxford. If you would like to have a piece of your work shared on our website, please email vpweo@oxfordsu.ox.ac.uk with your name, the title of the artwork and any other details you would like included (materials used, social media etc.)
Are you hosting an arts-related event during 7th week and want to be included in the programme of events? This is a final call to be included! Please email arts@oxfordsu.ox.ac.uk with your event details and we will include your event in our programme!
We cannot wait to share more details about what we have in store. Make sure to follow us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to be the first to know about what we have coming up!
