Discretionary Full Blue sport, Varsity Winners for 14 years! Oxford University Taekwon-Do (OUTKD) is the oldest Taekwon-Do school in the UK. Taekwon-Do is a Korean punching and kicking martial art, with an emphasis on developing highly effective techniques to be used in self-defence situations, as well as more gymnastically challenging flying and spinning techniques. Taekwon-Do is great for fitness, flexibility, and self-defence. Our training sessions typically focus on stretching, technique training, ITF Taekwon-Do patterns, sparring practice, brick breaking and self-defence. To get the best idea about Taekwon-Do, please come to a session and try it out. We welcome all levels of ability and offer free tester sessions all year round.
