How to run elections using the SU's system
Getting your Results
To get your results, please email studentengagement@oxfordsu.ox.ac.uk; we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours but this may not always be possible - if you have a particular deadline you need us to work towards please get in touch and tell us in advance.
We can either provide your results as ballot papers for you to count yourself, or as a fully counted election, which will come in spreadsheets. How your votes are counted will depend on the type of election you have run (single transferable vote "STV", or first past the post - example).
For STV counts, below is a picture of the process the SU team will use to count your STV election. If you count your STV differently, please request your count as ballot papers so that you can count them yourselves.
